THE FITTING OUT OF CARLTON'S BATHROOM

Carlton was delivered with the hull already primed and the bottom blacked.

 

To the left is a picture of the, reinforced plastic, toilet holding tank outside of the narrowboat.
The tank is positioned partly in the bathroom, and partly underneath the central heating boiler.
The central heating unit being fitted after the tank had been "boxed" in.
The bathroom is finished with hand crafted natural oak.

 

 

A chromed Mira shower with mixer head feeding from the boats hot and cold hot water system is fitted.

 

 

This is the hot and cold feed to the rear of the wash hand basin.
This is the hot and cold feed to the rear of the shower mixer head.
This shows both the pumped drain to the shower tray, and the initial pipe work to the shower mixer head.
